Fr. Peter Saucedo, Los Angeles native from the San Gabriel Valley. Raised in the City of Baldwin Park, CA. I’m one of five siblings, from immigrant parents of Mexican decent. I was raised in a devout Catholic home and I credit my faith to my parents, who at a very young age taught us who Jesus Christ was. During my time in High School I was involved in my local parishes Life Teen youth group. After high school I served as a missionary with NET Ministries, for a year I traveled around the country giving retreats to teenagers. After serving as a missionary I attended Benedictine College in Atchison Kansas where I received degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, and Theology. I entered St. John’s seminary in Summer of 2012 and was ordained to the priesthood on June 2, 2018. My first parish assignment was at St. Helen, South Gate, CA.
